Pregnancy sure brought a lot of changes not only physically but also emotionally. I get more conscious with many things now and will often refer to my books to see if those changes are just normal. Of course my growing tummy is totally out of the question =P
My hair and my skin went through some changes for the past and I believe still going through certain changes. There was a specific time when I hated my very untamed mane because it looked so frizzy and messy. No conditioner and treatments fixed the problem, it just got better all of a sudden one day. It ranged from being dry to oily, falling to fuller and one thing I noticed the most is that it grew long so fast. At first I felt alarmed with all the sudden changes but as I read along I learned that all those changes are normal due to the hormonal changes.
My skin on the other hand had bizarre changes too from dry, normal, oily. There was even a point when I started having small pimples but good thing it was just for a short period of time. Who would want to have an acne loaded face & body when pregnant? Of course better to be a blooming momma! haha! Again changes due to hormones =) Baby sure makes so much mischief in mommy's body huh? I am done with those facial regimens like resurgence, olay total effect, ponds so I'm just glad it all cleared up on its own. =)

Hey, your bump is real sexy!
mothers are jus so wise...
A smile from SJ =)
pregnant women go to an upheaval of hormonal changes.
Hang in there Ayie! :)
You have to change more after the delivery. Hehehehe....
Same to your hubby...(hope he know that)
Hehehehe.....
oh I know that... hahaha... I am preparing myself mentally :)
that's the gift of pregnancy..don't worry..after delivery, u will be as good as ever..
War...now the bump is so HUGE! :P
ah, the excitements i can feel in your tone! :D we have a chinese saying on how the mommy changes depends on the gender of the baby. but again, it could just be another superstitious thingy that we have tons of. i have heard of the hormones change, you are doing great just by paying attention to it. :)
Those are the changes! I can imagine if I were to get pregnant! Oh gosh scary! I bet I would gained more weight... get more pimples and maybe even look weird! Gasps!
Dora,
Lol, I'll take it as a compliment! I guess if you'll see my 7mos bump then it's no longer sexy! It's getting heavier now =P
SJ,
It takes a lot of experience to gather some wisdom =)
Lina,
Just last night hubs noticed my hair is a bit fluffy and dry...told him it's this time of pregnancy that it changes again. Skin gets cracked up too plus the cold weather here. I just passed the oily stage! haha! I think since baby's storing fats now he's getting my oil supplies! lol
Rainfield,
Better get back to shape after birth too! lol
there you go, hubs answered you already. he said he's preparing! We're just both excited, it's our first.
jifdc,
better be prepared baba!
Wenn,
No complains as long as we'll have a healthy baby! Moms will always be more than willing to sacrifice so much for the sake of the baby. Right?
Tekkaus,
Wait for the updated one, it's even bigger! hehe
Levian,
Those superstitions might be true in a way because you can observe the changes according to the baby's gender. If it's a girl them more hormonal changes for girls and for boys we get to have higher testosterone levels thus resulting to hair growth and all other weird changes. =P
LadyV,
Don't fret too much.... most moms to be are blooming because of the anticipation for baby's arrival. Every month is a different experience that you'll enjoy. There will be painful or heavy days but all the rest are just fun feeling baby move in you. Weird yeah but something different.
So you are having a baby boy? Wow..your belly grow so much. Don't worry about the changes, you will be back to normal after you've delivered.
Mummy Sexy,
I am enjoying it anyway =) 2 more months and we'll finally get to hold him =)
Ayie you are looking GREAT
A beautiful Mommy belly ...... LOL
It is a long time ago my pregnancy
(my oldest daughter is 24 and I have one daugher from 22 years)
I will never forget that time,
it was like yesterday
:-)
Anya,
I think that's the greatest part of a woma's life...when we finally conceive and bear our babies in our very own womb. Such a warm feeling. My tummy's bigger now. I will soon post an update. Thanks for the belly compliment! hahaha!
Your tummy's pointed...and I see your pic, you look radiantly beautiful. You're going to have a boy! Congrats in advance to you and hubby!
Suituapui,
Oh thank you...they said if the tummy's pointy it's a boy. At first everybody mistook it as a girl because of the wide appearance. Yes we are having a boy, it was just confirmed last thursday!
Congratulation on having a boy, Ayie! As long as you and the bay are healthy, I'm very happy to know!
Icy,
You're so sweet Icy! Thanks so much! I will keep you guys posted! i am trying to stay clear from colds, it's getting chilly nowadays.
I went through a lot of changes when I was pregrnant with my daughter (25 years ago). Great shots. You look lovely in the last shots with your husband and the ones showing your belly don't look that big for being pregnant. I got huge when I was pregnant.
Carver,
I am a bigger now...it's been just a month with those photos but quite a big difference =)
Thanks carver.
but i am sure you are very happy with all these changes right?? so now i guess you must be counting down the days for the new life to come into your life.. :)
Oh wow!!!! I am getting more excited by the day for you, good luck Ayie! :)
Hubs must be thrilled as well! Hope things will go smoothly right till the end...
SK,
It's kinda weird feeling mixed with excitement and all...now that baby's moving a lot more and really stronger kicks sometimes it just feels awkward but happy knowing he's good. Counting 2 more months SK =)
Mariuca,
Thanks Marzie! We're both happy to finally know what's baby's gender and when we were told he's healthy. Looks like a little big like daddy too.
