Hi Betchai! I was walking around the neighborhood and that was near my hubs' office. The black background is a metal fence for the plants =) I saw a lady bug and hurriedly snapped some photos. Thanks so much for your great compliments...having such good remarks from a shutterbug like you (who take wonderful photos) leaves a big smile on my face =)
