It is important for an individual, a couple or a family to have their own quality time alone. This is very hard when you are surrounded by many people but there will always be a window period when you can have that little quality time. Regardless how it will be spent, what matters most is doing it for yourself, together with your dear partner or a fun time with your family.
I remember how me and hubs spent our 5th wedding anniversary last 2012 with our little boy. We booked for an overnight stay in a hotel not too far from our place just to be able to spend some quality time as a family in a more intimate manner. That was actually a brilliant idea because we had much fun even for that short one night escapade. We don't mind having our boy around because we're enjoying every second of the time we can with him, time flies and he's growing up so fast.
We're simple people, we don't need much activities to enjoy a family day. Baby had fun playing with his trains alone for a while in the room, we all had fun swimming that same afternoon and then a nice quiet evening for me and hubs watching TV while baby J in deep sleep being tired from afternoon swim. The next morning me and baby explored through the hotel and took some nice photos while daddy's still sleeping. A nice breakfast for all of us to finish off our mini escapade. Very simple indeed but we all had our quality time.
I know most couples would say it's hard to find time alone once you have kids. It's true but there will always be time. Some friends or relatives for instance might offer a babysitting for a little time so you can go out for a date. As shy as you may be, don't always throw away the offer. Find the perfect time to take the offer and enjoy some time alone. It may be as simple as just a lunch out or a movie, what's important is the fact that you don't need to watch after your kid while enjoying a meal together even for a wee time. Have a drink or two, do something you haven't done for a while.
Perhaps not all couples will agree to our kind of quality time alone, this is just our simple way of doing things. It won't be surprising if for some, a hotel booking in
Executive Fantasy Hotels without the kid would have been more desirable. Nothing wrong with that it's completely acceptable, enjoying a
suite of their own even for just a night would be their ultimate quality time.

Old House or Newly Built House? This is something to consider when you are looking for a place to buy. Housing will always cost a good amount of money but in the long run as compared to renting, you will end up saving more. Of course not everybody thinks the same way but for us, having our own house will further give us more benefits in the future.
Though old houses might cost much lower than new ones, there's so much to check and consider when you get an old house. Depending on how old it is, the maintenance and certain retrofit will definitely play a bigger role in determining the real value of the house. Will you really save in the end? As we all know old houses mostly are outdated in which will require more attention than new houses. Having a new house might be more costly but you'll definitely have at least 5 more years before any maintenance job has to be done.
Insulation is a big deal when it comes to houses. Old houses are mostly poorly insulated and having to re-do the whole insulation process will be a big headache. New houses on the other hand are very updated, a new building material which is called
ICF insulated concrete forms does a great job on this aspect. Using this material,
insulating basement walls and any other walls is no longer an issue. It is made from cement bonded wood fiber making it more structurally sound than regular gypsum or hard wall system.
For us having a new home will be a more practical choice but if a newly remodeled old house comes to the picture then that's a thing to think about. Price will still determine which one we can affordin the end.

One of my oldest blog, The Real Paying Online Surveys was all of sudden removed in blogger and without any notice I was clueless. I panicked after trying to retrieve it several times and all I got was an email stating it's a spam blog. Oh dear, I was so furious because I put a lot of effort and work on that blog. That was actually created as my first attempt in blogging. I was hoping to share some money earning tips for those who rely on online resources and having it deleted from blogger truly saddened me. Hubs told me it was a robot thing routine checking blogs and that he has appealed to have it back. It took awhile but it was eventually restored.
Imagine your blog being deleted all of a sudden and there's no warning or whatsoever before you even know it, it's gone! This happening made us think how we can prevent such thing from happening again. It felt terrible so it was an eye opener for us to consider
web hosting. It would be best for us to have our own domains and our sites hosted. This way we wouldn't be worrying about losing it anymore. Though everything is still in black and white, we are not cleaning our slate about the idea. Hubs is still checking
webhosting options, once he gets to nail down his choice then we're off to our goal. I honestly don't know much about those hosting stuffs so I'm leaving hubs the decision and final say on it.

It is nice to have a gracious limit on your credit card but abusing the use can result to debt beyond your paying capacity. There are times when there's a need to use the credit card and it's okay but always be mindful of your usage. It is best to pay off everything the soonest possible time rather than paying it on a monthly basis. This way you won't be paying interest which can add up to big amount in the long run. Of course not all the time you can pay off everything, this is when you can make full use of your credit card.
What happens when you over used your credit card to a point in which you are in big struggle already just to pay it off? Serious debt like this can take years to pay for some people. Just imagine how much money you are losing with the monthly interest payments, you could've been saving that amount already for something else. Worse case scenario is that you can no longer keep up with your payments and having yourself buried in debt. This will hurt your credit status or credibility, bad credit score will be reflected to your account and it's not a good thing.

credit repair process it's not impossible to work your way to credit restoration. Cleaning a bad credit can be a tough job but there's always a fix for it, you just need to know

If you can work your way even to slowly catch up with your payments then i will be good for you. Another thing to be mindful of is your credit card use, if you're already struggling to pay off your debts then it is best to stop using your credit card. There's nothing wrong in using credit cards but being mindful of the use can save you from bigger responsibilities in the long run.

mother's day gifts,
having a celebration party for her would be a good idea to make her
feel special. This is ideal especially if she has a lot of friends, and
if your family is big. Organizing a motherâ's day party is something
not so traditional worldwide even though it is celebrated by many in
unique ways. However, if you can afford to make her day extraordinary
and special, then it should not be a big problem. A simple celebration
with good food, good friends invited, and all her loved-ones present
would be the best time of her life.
You can begin organizing the
mothe's day party for your mom by planning on the special people or
friends you may want to invite, the budget for the food, drinks, and any
other related-expenses. Also, if you are planning to have it as a
surprise party, make sure you schedule it at the time during the day
when she does not really have to be away from home all day. A surprised
