Ayie

Oh well I just said that, just wishful thinking. I can't even fly back home to spend holidays and all travels plans are all laid back so I can just dream about a travel to Argentina for now. Just like what people say, dreams can take you anywhere perhaps I should just dream about tours in Argentina til the time comes.

Actually there so many good places to see there and no worries with accommodations because there are many hotels in Argentina which may suit your budget preference. Even if you hop to other places definitely there will be so many options like hotels in Buenos Aires or hotels in El Calafate. Those are the hot tourist spots to visit there.

    Levian,

Hubs and I talked about our travel plans even before we got married. We wanted to start travelling but we had to be apart temporarily so we never got the chance to travel. Hopefully when our baby is good enough to take flights then we can get into it.

When American Airlines first started their routes to Buenos Aires, some twenty years ago, I think it was, they offered flights from San Francisco for only 30,000 frequent flyer miles. I immediately took advantage of that. I took ten days and had the trip of a lifetime. I spent five days in Buenos Aires and really played tourist - went to a tango show, did a Tigre River cruise, went to a gaucho barbecue. I bought an airpass and stayed overnight at the magnificent falls at Iguazu, then flew to Mendoza in the Andes, one of their wine regions, famous for Malbecs. In addition, I took the hydrofoil to Uruguay and spent a couple of nights in Montevideo.

I would so love to return but, at least, I did it once!

  23. Ayie Says:

    RNSANE,

You make me want to go there even more! So lucky you had that opportunity! I'll take note of the places you enjoyed so in case we'll get to book there in the future. Thanks for sharing.
